Fire Safety Inspector 9-11, Wayne County
The State of Michigan, Bureau of Fire Services is looking for an inspector to fill a vacancy in Wayne County. The inspector grade is based on the education and experience of the applicant. Applications will be accepted through February 6, 2009
The inspector will serve as a fire safety inspector ensuring that state facilities, institutions, and businesses located in the state are in compliance with the applicable fire safety codes and standards and various state laws, rules and regulations. The employee may conduct complex fire inspections and investigations, dangerous conditions, fire protection and construction and maintenance of facilities.
