Education

Lifelong education is key to the development of any fire inspector.  Michigan Fire Inspector Society provides two key opportunities throughout the year to building on your experience and learn from national leaders in fire prevention.  These opportunities include our fall conference and winter educational conference.

MFIS is also a key provider of the NFPA inspector certification series.  These programs are a great means to prepare to take the NFPA fire inspector I, II or plan reviewer exams.  Follow the links below for information about these great programs.

At the conference in Lansing we were told that the power point from the Home sprinkler presentation would be made available along with all the links that were covered in the class. Where are we at with this? Anyone know?
